A Very Special Dinner to Benefit a Permanent Addition
to the Hollywood Farmers' Market

For over 17 years this Hollywood institution has brought us great fruits, vegetables, cheese, meats, flowers and put us in touch with the local farmers who produce them. Now, their newest project, the Farmer's Kitchen, is in need of our support.

MENU The Hungry Cat - December 9, 2008 A 4 course dinner celebrating the diversity of the market $75 per person (excluding tax & tip) Course I Santa Barbara yellowtail with lima bean puree, blood orange & shaved fennel Course II Roasted petrale sole with kabocha squash raviolis, black kale, chanterelles, sage brown butter and hazelnuts Course III Slow cooked pork belly and butter poached maine lobster with baby potatoes, mustard greens, sunchokes and a grain mustard jus Course IV Roasted apple crisp with creme fraiche ice cream *Menu subject to change
